Buying a House
When you find a property you want to buy and your offer is accepted the solicitors acting for the seller will send us a contract package which contains information about the legal title. We will submit our standard searches on your behalf and ask the seller’s solicitors questions about the property to ensure you obtain a good marketable title that can be re-sold in the future
If you require a mortgage in order to buy the property we will need a solicitors pack from your chosen lender which will include a copy of your mortgage offer. Your lender will arrange for a valuation / survey to be carried out and should send you a copy.
Once we have received satisfactory searches, replies from the seller and mortgage offer we will ask you to sign the necessary documentation and agree a completion date.
