Costs
No property is exactly the same and our fees will reflect the particular requirements of your sale/purchase/re-mortgage/mortgage transaction e.g. dealing with a leasehold flat or an unregistered title is much more complex than dealing with a registered leasehold or freehold house. As a result we cannot give you a definitive estimate of costs until we have full details of your intended transaction.
Please see below links for our sale, purchase and remortgage fixed fee cost estimate and tariff of additional charges.
If you are selling, purchasing or remortgaging a leasehold flat or a leasehold or freehold house with a management company there will be additional fees of £200 plus VAT at 20% as these transactions are more complex to deal with.
