Background and Experience
Chris is the head of our Wills and Probate team and an Associate with the firm. He is a Registered Trust and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estates Practitioners (STEP) which means he is one of the leading Private Client specialists in the country with less than 6,100 STEP members in the country. He has worked in this area of law since 2004.
Chris was recommended in the Legal 500 in 2022 and 2023.
Chris’s experience in private client law means that he is able to advise our clients fully on wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Court of Protection applications as well as the administration of estates (Probate). Chris takes a pragmatic approach to resolving issues for his clients to ensure that the outcome is the best for everyone involved.
