Public Law Outline/Issue of Concern Meeting

Such meetings are arranged by the Local Authority if they believe a child is a risk of harm

We will:-

• Attend at meetings with you to gather as much information as possible and offer support
• Provide you with robust and clear advice about your options and the consequences of your decision-making
• Communicate with any professionals involved
• If you are a parent or person with Parental Responsibility for a Child then legal advice will be free through funding by the Legal Aid Agency.
