If you are suffering from physical, emotional, financial, sexual abuse or coercive control then we can help you to take urgent action to protect you and your children from further abuse.

Our specialist team will act quickly in emergency situations, explaining your options clearly and making urgent applications to court for protection where necessary.

Our service includes:

• Sending Warning Letters about behaviour
• Applying for a Non-Molestation Order at court to give protection against further abuse, coercive control, threats or harassment
• Applying for an Occupation Order to restrict access to the family home
• Practical support through our links with local Domestic Abuse Support Services

Legal Aid remains available for domestic abuse advice and protection. We will assess whether you are eligible for legal aid, and if not discuss alternate payment options including fixed fees.
