Court Proceedings & Criminal Defence

We can provide advice and representation throughout all stages of the criminal investigation and any subsequent court proceedings. Most investigations will begin with an interview under caution either by the police or some other government agency. If you are charged with a criminal offence, your case will initially be dealt with in the Magistrates Court, but more serious cases can be sent to the Crown Court.

At Oxley & Coward we have a strong team who can provide advice and representation from the police station through to the Crown Court. Our team includes a Higher Court Advocate who can represent you at the Magistrates and Crown Courts. We can also draw upon our strong links with local and national Barrister’s chambers to provide you with expert representation no matter how complex your case.
