Advising the Elderly

Here at Oxley & Coward Solicitors LLP we are committed to providing the highest standards to our clients. We offer a friendly environment where you can come and discuss your needs.   We are able to explain legal matters in a simple and straightforward way without using legal jargon.   We understand that it can be difficult and sometimes stressful to discuss the future, in terms of preparing your Will, considering what would happen if you became unable to deal with your affairs or, if you had to be taken into care. Our team are able to discuss these matters with discretion and empathy.

We offer a free half hour, no obligation, consultation to discuss your needs and to help you to decide the best course of action you need to take to place your legal affairs in order. We can do as little or as much as you would like us to do to help you.

*Should you be unable to attend at our offices we are able to make an appointment to come and see you in your own home, a care home or at the hospital.

Our head of the Probate and Wills Department, Mrs Jayne Jackson, is a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

*free half hour appointments are not available for outside visits.

We have attached for your information,  a  link to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council’s “A Guide to Residential and Nursing Care Fees for Older People” which we hope you find  helpful.  If we can be of any further assistance,  please contact one of our team.
