Selling a Property
If you want to sell a property that you own you can market it for sale. This can be done through an Estate Agent or privately.
Once you have accepted an offer and instructed us, we will send you a Fixtures, Fittings and Contents form confirming what items are included in the sale as well as a Property Information form and a Leasehold Information form (if applicable) giving details about the property. Once you have completed and returned these documents we will send a contract package to the solicitors acting for the buyer.
The solicitors acting for the buyer will then submit searches and ask further questions about the property which we may ask you to answer. The buyer may also require a mortgage to buy the property and will need to obtain a mortgage offer from their chosen lender before being able to agree a completion date.
