It was a major coup for us to be selected ahead of London firms, who were the natural first choice for this sort of international client. It was a first for us to take instruction abroad, and we are delighted that the deal has gone through without a hitch, despite the unusual complexity associated with the various shareholdings and pre-investment contracts.
